Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Tutor Time Lindenhurst! My name is Kim and I am the center director. As an early childhood educator for over 12 years, ten of those with the company. I strive to provide a safe, loving and fun educational space for your child that supports their fundamental and developmental needs.

I find when you allow children to grow and develop in their own way, while developing the whole child, they are better prepared for success in primary school and the changing world we live in.

Our school offers an engaging, nurturing environment for every child during their most critical early years. We offer programs for Infants through School-Age.

Kimberly Jelley, Director

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Child and Family Studies, Masters Degree in Social Welfare

Certifications: LMSW, MAT Certified, First Aid/CPR

With over 10 years experience in the field, I can truly say that I love what I do each day. As the center director, I will be a familiar face at both the front desk and your child's classroom. I am passionate about the staff and parent experience here at Tutor Time Lindenhurst, and being able to be a part of your child's educational journey and help them find their love of learning is a joy that I am thankful for each day. I look forward to meeting you and sharing more about our school!

Julianne "Jules" Arocho, Assistant Director

Education: CDA Infant & Toddlers

Certifications: CPR & First Aid and MAT certification

I have been with Tutor Time since 2012! I started as a lead teacher in our two-year-old program. After that, I was promoted to the Food Specialist and Safety Captain for five years. As I love supporting all aspects of the school, I was promoted to Administrative Assistant in 2019, moving on to take on the title of assistant director under Kim. I love working here and getting to know the families of our community-We hope to see you soon!
