At Tutor Time, we offer Infant Care, Preschool and other programs that provide the perfect foundation for learning and development. As a mother of three, I know the importance of early education for children and manage this school as if each child were my own.

To encourage families to meet each other and develop relationships here in Wichita, we plan a lot of events that involve both parents and children. We have an outstanding staff that has 75 years of combined experience! Our turnover is low, and our teachers receive monthly training as well as state training. Several are also attending college to study early childhood development.

Sam Jobbins, Director

Education: B.S. in Education with a Minor in Early Childhood Development

Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Child Development

I have been the center director since the school opened in April 2001. I can't imagine myself anywhere else! I love this job because of the lifelong relationships that are built, not only with staff, but also the families who attend and continue to refer their friends and families to our facility.

April Bell, Assistant Director

Education: Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education

Certifications: First Aid and CPR, Child Development,

I have been the assistant director since January 2020. I have worked with children for over 20 years and am almost done with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in Early Childhood Unified. I should graduate with my degree come 2023. I have always enjoyed working with children and their families. I could never see myself doing any other type of career. This is where my heart is. My goal is to continue building a great center and future for the families.

I've been working with Tutor Time for 15 exciting years! I've worked with infants all the way up to Pre-K and now worked my way up to assistant director. I absolutely love working with children, but wanted expand my career and work hard to help make our center the best it can be!
